WorkFit: Campus Fitness Challenge May 11 – July 31 | 12 Weeks Ready to get stronger, leaner, and healthier this summer? WorkFit is a 12-week guided fitness program combining strength and cardio workouts that are designed to help you tone muscle, burn fat, and stay motivated all summer long. 🔥 What’s Included: Initial 1-on-1 Goal Setting Meet with Wilton & Elle during one of their drop-in sessions before the program begins to set personalized fitness goals. Drop-in dates: May 6, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. or May 12 & 13, 11 a.m.-Noon 5 Weekly Workouts Monday through Thursday, Noon-1 p.m.: guided in-person sessions Friday: solo workout with a provided plan Weekly Progress Check-ins with Cynthia Nutrition Support: Ongoing in-person and virtual guidance from Wilton, Elle, & Cynthia 🏋️ What to Expect: Each 45-minute session will include a strength and/or cardio circuit using dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, and more. A guided warm-up will occur before all workouts, and a cooldown guide will be provided so participants can stretch on their own after each workout.
